I'm Engaged!

If you've followed me for any length of time, you know I've dated my boyfriend Aladdin for a long time--five years an a quarter on June 27th, actually.

And that's when he proposed! 

He handed me a copy of The Lord of the Rings: 


And I opened it:


And he asked me to continue our adventure. 

I, of course, said yes.




Everything has been crazy since that day, but we're so excited!
